Our client is looking to hire Czech speaking staffs to join them in their customer service and/or sales department. The client is a global leader in business services with over many employees working worldwide. This is a great opportunity to work for them in their office in Athens, Greece.
It is to represent a global recognised brand. You will be handling inbound and/or outbound phone calls, emails and other communication channels from/to customers in the Czech language.
Provide general and technical support advice and suggestions.
Create, build and maintain relationships with key point of contacts.
All roles are full time ongoing positions with training fully provided.
*Ideally candidate must have excellent fluency in the Czech language (written, oral and reading).
*Have good communication skills in English.
*Must have previous experience(s) working in customer service or sales (B2B or B2C) environment.
*Be eligible to work in the EU (have the correct work permit to work in Greece).
The positions are to commence soon. The office is located in Athens, Greece. The country is recognised as one of a ‘World Heritage site’.
