Our client is looking to hire additional staffs to join them in their customer service department for the Dutch market. The client is a global leader in business services with over many employees working worldwide. This is a great opportunity to work for them in their office in Athens, Greece.

 

It is to represent a global recognised brand. You will be handling mostly inbound phone calls, emails and other communication channels from customers in the Dutch language. To provide general and technical support advice and suggestions to consumers. Investigate issues and resolve within suitable time frame in a timely manner.

 

Requirements:

* Ideally candidate must have excellent fluency in the Dutch language (written, oral and reading).

* Have good communication skills in English.

*Must have previous experience(s) working in customer service or technical support environment.

*Must be eligible to work within the EU (have the correct work permit to work in Greece).

 

These positions are to commence soon.

 

The office is located in Athens, Greece. The country is recognised as one of a ‘World Heritage site’. The must see place will be the Acropolis, view the ancient architectures, monuments and open-air museum. It is the birthplace of the Olympic Games as well as being one of the popular choice for holding mainstream sports/athletic events.

 

All roles are full time ongoing positions with training fully provided.

 

The office is open from Monday to Sunday but you will be only working about 40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern (five days a week).
