The main responsibilities will be handling inbound and occasional outbound phone calls from/to customers. The types of queries will be providing product knowledge to account details to checking for availability to upgrade.
We are looking for individuals to be fluent in Dutch (spoken, written and reading at fluent level).
Have great communication skills in English.
Good computer/IT skills.
Have a minimum of six months experiences in customer service or office environment.
Good problem solving skills.
