There is a fantastic opportunity to work for a global online sports betting company as a Danish Customer Advisor. They are expanding their customer service team and are looking for individual who are fluent in Danish  to manage the customer service in the Danish market.

 

Responsibilities:

* Communicating with customers by telephone, as well as emails and live web chats.

* Handling customers’ accounts, betting services and external factors

* Complete internal tasks

* Provide a high level of customer service

 

Requirements:

*You need to have excellent communication skills and be able to interact in a positive and friendly manner with customers and colleagues alike.

*Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a call centre or office environment.

*Fluency in the Danish language (written and verbal)

*Good communication skills in English

*Great if have a passion in sports

*Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Office is open 7 days a week. Working 5  out of 7 days.  Must be flexible to work on the weekend to deal with the busy sports calendar events and flexible with working hours.

 

The head office is based in Stoke-On-Trent, Staffordshire area.

 

This is a great opportunity for anyone open to relocate to another city/country to strengthen their customer service skills.  The company provide relocation supports such as temporary accommodation and flight support.  As well as provide ongoing training and investments to all employees.

 

These roles are full time permanent roles to commence soon.
