A global automotive company has a few openings for anyone looking to work within customer service.
It is to work within the customer service department and be responsible for the resolutions of incoming contacts from customers in regards to the brand and product or services. Deliver excellent customer service by understanding the customer’s wants and needs. Investigate customer requirements on the company’s system and other procedures.
Log details onto system and follow up with actions plans using a case management system. Liaise with business partners to resolve or provide action plans. Or escalate issues to higher management.
Applicants must have at least one year of customer service experience. Be computer literacy. Be fluent in English. Can work in a pressured environment, able to prioritise workload and make efficient decisions.
These roles are full time permanent positions with training fully provided.
The office is located in Luton, Bedfordshire.
