The River Lea (or Lee) starts in Leagrave before making its way eventually to the Thames, joining in London.  Wardon Park is situated on the River Lea. Stockwood Park is near the M1. There are many textiles, craft, military and local life exhibits and museums in the area too.


They have a local football, cricket and rugby club.

The neighbourhood cities are Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford, Stevenage, Harpenden, Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Hitchin and Dunstable.  There are many places for you to explore in your spare time.


Luton Airport is nearby. It is the fourth largest airport serving the London area for local and international flights.

There are main train services available that can take you to Bedford, Wimbledon, St Albans, London Kings Cross St Pancras, Sutton, London Blackfriars, Brighton and many more places.

It takes less than 40 minutes to commute by train to or from London Kings Cross St Pancras.
